The West African College of Physicians Nigeria Chapter Officials Visit RSUTH in Preparation for 2024 AGSM

The National Officers Committee (NOC) of The West African College of Physicians (WACP) Nigeria Chapter embarked on a significant visit to the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH) earlier today.

Led by Professor Aboi J. Madaki, the delegation convened to meet with the Chief Medical Director, Prof Chizindu A. Alikor, extending a courtesy visit. The purpose of their visit was twofold: to assess the level of preparedness by the local organizing committee (LOC) and to oversee arrangements for the impending 2024 Annual General and Scientific Meeting (AGSM) organized by the Nigerian Chapter.

This visit underscores the collaborative efforts between WACP and RSUTH in ensuring the success of the upcoming medical conference, emphasizing the importance of seamless coordination and effective planning in advancing healthcare initiatives within the region.
