The Chief Medical Director (CMD) Dr. Friday Enwumelu Aaron on behalf of Management heartily felicitates with the Retired Nurses whilst appreciating them for their selfless service and dedication. Thanked the Governor of Rivers State Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike CON, GSSRS, POS (AFRICA) for his vision of transforming the former Braithwaite Specialist Hospital into a state-of-the-art Teaching Hospital for the training of medical students and other health professionals while lauding the Governor for his numerous feats in the health sector, the CMD assured the Nurses of his commitment in addressing their challenges as enumerated by Mrs. Meze-Enyindah Ozioma Head of Nursing Services, Rivers State University Teaching Hospital Port Harcourt, during her welcome address.
The 37 retirees, were honoured with citations and assorted gift items each from the coffers of the Department to the glory of God Almighty.
