1. THE CMD PRECIDES OVER AN EMERGENCY RSUTH HMC MEETING:
The Ag. Chief Medical Director, Prof. Chizindu A. Alikor, presided over an emergency meeting of the Hospital Management Committee (HMC) of the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital, where key management issues pertaining to the development of the Hospital were discussed.

2. CMD ATTENDS 44TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE OF ENDOCRINE AND METABOLISM SOCIETY OF NIGERIA IN PORT HARCOURT:
The 44th Annual General and Scientific Meeting 2023 of the Endocrine and Metabolism Society of Nigeria (EMSON) was held in Port Harcourt. The Ag. Chief Medical Director of the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH) attended the Opening Ceremony along side other stakeholders in the health sector. The conference theme for this year was “Diabetic Mellitus Foot Syndrome: Multidisciplinary Approach – Where Are We Now?”

3. THE CMD ATTENDS THE 57th REGULAR MEETING OF THE ACADEMIC BOARD OF COLLEGE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES.
The Ag. Chief Medical Director, Prof. Chizindu A. Alikor, atended the 57th regular meeting of the Academic Board of the College of Medical Sciences held at the College Building, Rivers State University. The meeting was chaired by the Provost, Rivers State University College of Medical Sciences, Prof. Orluwene Chituru Godwill.
