The Department of Internal Medicine at Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH) today 13th June, celebrated the remarkable achievement of its senior doctors who had successfully passed their specialisation examinations to become Fellows and Members of the West African College of Physicians and NationalPostGraduateMedicalCollegeofNigeria.
A total of 3 Senior Registrars and 4 Fellows were honoured for their hard work and dedication, marking a significant milestone in their careers. The achievement is a testament to the department’s commitment to excellence and underscores RSUTH’s position as a leading medical institution.
Prof. Chizindu Alikor, Chief Medical Director of RSUTH, praised the Department of Internal Medicine, highlighting its crucial role in the hospital’s operations.
