The Chief Medical Director of the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH) has reaffirmed his unwavering support for the Association of Radiologists in Nigeria (ARIN) as the body commenced its 8th Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference in Port Harcourt.

Receiving a delegation led by the National President of ARIN, Professor Olalekan Ibukun Oyinloye, the CMD commended the association and its members for their contributions to advancing medical imaging and healthcare delivery in the country. He described the Radiology Department of RSUTH as one of the best facility among government hospitals in Nigeria, noting that the institution remains committed to maintaining its leadership in diagnostic excellence.

The CMD further pledged his support to ARIN and assured the delegation of his participation in their ongoing conference. He emphasized that partnerships between the hospital and professional bodies like ARIN are vital to strengthening medical practice and improving patient outcomes.

The ARIN delegation’s courtesy visit marked the official opening of their conference, which continues in Rivers State, bringing together radiologists and medical experts from across the nation.
