The Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH) has organized a staff orientation programme themed “Service Excellence” at its Annex (ENT, Dental and Opthalmology) aimed at reinforcing high standards of patient care and professional ethics.

Hosted by the Head of it’s Annex, ACMD I, Dr. Ureh Oparaodu, the programme featured two key presentations. Dr. Aloni Alali spoke on Driving Excellence in Hospital Service, highlighting strategies for improving patient experience and operational efficiency whilst Dr. Leesi Sapira-Ordu ACMD 4 addressed Ethical Conduct, Service Improvement and Professional Behaviours, emphasizing integrity, teamwork and continuous improvement.
